Ejea Industrial Land Planning (Ejea Poligonal) is a planning tool to organise existing industrial land in Ejea de los Caballeros both spatially and thematically.

It is divided into 3 industrial land categories:

  • Valdeferrín SEPES (the State Land Agency) for industrial SMEs and the self-employed.
  • Valdeferrín West for technology industries with R&D activities.
  • Facemón for the settlement of heavy industry.

SOFEJEA coordinates the Ejea Industrial Land Planning scheme by providing information and support for investors.

Valdeferrín SEPES Industrial Estate

Valdeferrín SEPES Industrial Estate
SEPES, the State Land Agency and promoter of Valdeferrín Industrial Estate, has a collaboration agreement with SOFEJEA to commercialise the 3rd phase of the Industrial Estate. The bulk of Ejea industry, traditional SMEs and the self-employed are located at Valdeferrín.

Water, waste and electrical mains.

Located on the A-125 road (from Ejea de los Caballeros to Tudela), there is a direct connection from the A-127 and A-126 with the Ebro motorway A-68 in Alagón and Gallur.

Valdeferrín West is the industrial estate promoted by Sofejea, under the control of Ejea Town Council.

There are over 1,200,000m2 of industrial land with modern services at competitive prices; and a dynamic infrastructure serving the business establishment and development of the industrial fabric of Ejea. ECO2 Facemón

Polígono Industrial Valdeferrín SEPES
ECO2 Facemón is a municipal industrial estate currently in the design phase which in the coming years will see the light of day. It is located to the south of Ejea de los Caballeros on either side of the A-1102, very close to the A-127, just next to the ring road circling the city centre.

The industrial estate has a total of 832,539m2 surface area and 541,857m2 of useful industrial land. The land allocation provides for minimum plots of 10,000m2.

ECO2 Facemón is designed to accommodate those industries which are difficult to accommodate in a conventional industrial estate: special companies with a high demand for land, recycling, material recovery facilities, manufacturing of pre-stressed and other concrete components, as well as storage areas and logistics sites.

The new industrial estate will have an extensive network of modern and versatile services: water supply, storm water network, sewerage, gas and electricity networks, public lighting, service areas and parking.
